The Mission

The Division of Health Sciences is committed to leading PPSC's efforts of fostering student success through innovation, determination, and an unwavering commitment to our community and workforce needs.

Explore the world of healthcare before you graduate. Pikes Peak State College’s Healthcare Summer Camp is a hands-on experience designed for high school students who will be juniors or seniors in fall 2026. During this weeklong camp, you will explore different healthcare careers, build practical skills, and see what it is like to work in a healthcare environment. Through interactive workshops, teamwork activities, and real-world simulations, you will gain a better understanding of the many paths available in healthcare. Whether you already have a career in mind or you are just starting to explore your options, this camp helps you take the first step. The goal is simple: help you discover possibilities you may not have known about and show how your interests could connect to a future in healthcare.

What You Will Experience
