PPSC Clubs & Organizations

Clubs and Organizations can provide students with opportunities to engage, learn, and lead in topics they’re interested or passionate about while developing lifelong organizational and leadership skills. If there’s something that you’re passionate, driven, and interested in that currently isn’t offered as an organization, you may be just the right person to start your own and contribute to continued interest in that topic!

Marketing your club:

Marketing & Communications Support for Clubs & Organizations:
The Department of Marketing & Communications helps promote club activities and key events to increase visibility across the college. This includes sharing announcements for meetings, fundraisers, and culturally significant events like the Hispanic Heritage Festival, Black History Month, and Native American Heritage Celebrations.

How to Request Marketing Support:
To request event promotion, submit a Publicity Request through our system at least 3 weeks prior to the event. This helps Marketing & Communications determine the best channels to share your information.

Need Help with Merchandise, Flyers or Club Operations?
  • Flyer Posting & Approvals – Student Engagement & Leadership handles flyer approvals and distribution on campus. Visit their webpage for more information on where and how to post flyers.
  • SWAG & Merchandise – For club-specific items like T-shirts, faculty advisors should contact Tate Sanderson at Club Colors.

  • Design – Clubs and organizations are responsible for designing their own materials such as flyers and posters. Faculty, staff, and student workers have access to the self-service design option via Adobe Express. See the self-service design webpage for details.
