Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act

The Federal Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act of 1990 requires colleges and universities to disclose important information to prospective and current students. This information helps students make informed decisions about their education and ensures transparency regarding institutional performance, safety, and student demographics.
