Facilities Master Plan

Pikes Peak State College and Hall Architects have worked together to create a facilities master plan. This plan was developed to serve the needs of PPSC in accordance with CCCS Board Policy and Colorado Commission of Higher Education Requirements.

This plan is:

Comprehensive active document
Long-range vision with short-, mid-, and long-term horizons
Aligns PPSC Strategic Plan Destination 2022, academic and physical goals
