We manage the PPSC brand by developing and implementing advertising campaigns, internal communications efforts (e.g. The Stall Street Journal, campus TVs), media relations, website content, and social media. We are also responsible for creating printed materials to assist recruitment efforts, foundation efforts, and programs.
Please contact our project manager email@example.com and she will assign the project to the rest of the marketing team.
You will be responsible for providing:
In asking larger questions about the best way to reach your audience, you may find that it's not a flyer you need but another method of outreach, so keep an open mind. Once the project is complete, assuming it does take the form of a flyer/poster, send the file to the Copy Center for printing and take copies to Student Life to have them distributed at all campuses.
Note: Marketing is happy to handle the print ordering on your behalf; please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of copies needed and org code.
Fill out a publicity request 3 weeks prior to your event and we will get that info in The Stall Street Journal (published every two weeks) and on the campus TVs, the website event calendar, and social media. If it is open to the public we will also create listings in online community calendars around the city (Peak Radar, Colorado Springs Independent, The Gazette).
Connect with Matt Radcliffe in Marketing and he will work with you to make it happen. email@example.com

However, we strongly encourage you to reach out to the Marketing department to complete any design projects. Get started with a marketing request.
Basecamp is a web-based project management and collaboration tool that our department uses daily to manage client marketing requests. It’s an easy way to keep all of the different elements of a project in a single place. When you’re part of a basecamp project team, you can see drafts of designs, leave comments and tag people (similar to social media), assign to-dos with deadlines and edit documents.
Anyone in the college can use basecamp for their own purposes, not just marketing projects. For help with access and training, contact Dawn Gendron (firstname.lastname@example.org) or view the Basecamp Training Guide.
