Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led communities that bring PPSC faculty and staff together around shared interests, identities and experiences.

ERGs create opportunities to build connections across the College, support professional and leadership development, and foster a stronger sense of belonging. Groups can also connect members with campus resources, programming opportunities and funding to support their work.

Women's Employee Resource Group (WERG)

The Women's Employee Resource Group creates a thriving and energizing environment for women at PPSC by fostering professional growth, advocating for equity and building a community of mutual respect and support. The group's work aligns with and supports PPSC's Strategic Plan.
