Students must complete all compliance requirements before being allowed to provide patient care in community partner facilities. Partners who do not utilize My Clinical Exchange (mCE) for approval will have tasks in Castle Branch and ExamSoft. Ensure you keep copies of all training transcripts and/or dates.
Students must have all required tasks complete in Castle Branch and mCE by established deadlines in student letter. All students will use mCE for clinical placement. The clinical coordinator will create accounts for students. Accounts will be created after the completion of the 1.1 semester by the clinical coordinator. Under no circumstances should students create their own mCE accounts as it interferes with properly loading clinical rotations.

Students who fail to complete this initial clinical requirement will need to provide justification to the Director of Clinical Coordination and ADN Chair.
There may be a delay between receiving your credentials to when your modules are visible. Students should continuously check their hospital learning platform to see when their EPIC Modules are loaded. UCH IT provides the login credentials, and the UCH EPIC team loads modules.
