Many certificate programs within Medical Sciences are now available at zero cost, thanks to Care Forward Colorado. Students in these programs get free tuition, fees, books, materials and necessary vaccinations. Any other financial aid could be used on top of that for living expenses, technology needs, or other related costs.
No special applications are necessary to enter the program. Just register for classes and you’ll be reimbursed.
Qualifying programs include:
Prepares the student to perform the fundamental skills of the nurse aide.
Applies the knowledge and skills gained in NUA 1001 to patient care.
Prepares the student to move toward more independent functioning within the nurse aide scope of practice, in applying knowledge and skills gained in NUA 1001 and NUA 1070. The student will learn skills that enhance communication, cultural competency, end of life care, critical thinking and organizational skills.
