PPSC student at commencement

Enter your future with a debt-free degree.

PPSC Promise Programs cover tuition, fees, and some required materials for your classes, so you can focus on your education without the financial stress! This opportunity is available to qualifying graduates from our participating schools in the Colorado Springs area.

Each participating school has specific eligibility requirements, please visit your high school page in the participating schools tab above to view your schools requirements.

D2 Promise Program
The D2 Promise Program is for graduates of Harrison High School, Sierra High School, Career Readiness Academy, Atlas Prep School, James Irwin Charter School, and Aspire Online School.

The D2 Promise Program is a First-Dollar Scholarship that covers your tuition and fees upfront—before any federal or state financial aid is applied. That means Promise funding pays first, and any additional financial aid (like Pell Grants) may help cover books, supplies, or other expenses.

Colorado Springs District 11
D11 Promise Program is for graduates of any District 11 High School, Opportunity School, or Charter School.

The D11 Promise Program is a Last-Dollar Scholarship that covers your tuition and fees after your financial aid is applied. So once grants like the Pell or Colorado Student Grant are used, Promise steps in to cover any remaining tuition and fee costs.
