PPSC is an approved MyCAA school

Requests for FALL 2024 start date Education and Training Plans will be available in late May once Tuition Rates are finalized for the 24-25 Academic Year.

Allow three business days after submitting your ETP request for processing. We recommend requesting the form at least 21 days prior to the start of your classes to ensure MyCAA approval.

MyCAA requires all ETPs be submitted for approval no less than 14 BUSINESS Days prior to start of term.  Financial Assistance requests (final step in getting funding) must be submitted no latter than 1 business day prior to start of term. Contact MyCAA with questions or concerns regarding this policy. 

Note--You have an inbox within your MyCAA portal which they use to communicate with you.  We recommend checking it frequently.


  • Your declared major at PPSC must match the Education and Training Plan Degree you are requesting. 
  • If you are a transfer student, PPSC must evaluate your transcripts from all prior colleges before preparing your Education and Training Plan.
  • Allow 3 Business Days for your ETP to be prepared.
  1. Once you receive your ETP from the MVP office (sent to the email you indicated in the request form). You will need to upload it into your MyCAA account.
  2. Check your message box in MyCAA regularly!
  3. Once your ETP is approved, you will need to fill out a form from MyCAA requesting funding for each class you are enrolled in.  This is done each semester you receive funding for. Multiply the credit hours of the class by either the on campus in-state tuition rate with COF or the online in-state tuition rate with COF (depends on how you are taking the class) and do this for each class you are requesting funding for.  You must fill out a COF application at https://cof.college-assist.org/ and authorize the use of COF in your student portal/Dashboard/COF.  It is highly recommended you select, "I choose to Authorize Lifetime use of my COF Stipend, until I revoke this authorization by selecting another option," to ensure you don't forget each semester.  MyCAA will only fund your tuition at the in-state rate with COF.  Failure to apply/authorize will increase YOUR OUT OF POCKET costs.

MyCAA portal, Application, Telephone Counseling Requirements, Approval/Rejection of program or classes and other requirements will require you to call 800-342-9647 and speak with a SEICO Education Counselor.


MyCAA policy requires your ETP and Funding Request Form be approved prior to the start date of covered classes. You will need to upload it into your MyCAA web account and follow the directions provided by MyCAA to complete your funding request.  You do have a message box in your MyCAA account --we recommend checking this for important information.  You will receive an official document from MyCAA showing the tuition amount for each class that is approved.  PPSC will also receive the funding approval document from MyCAA directly through the Air Portal.
