Emily Forand, M.A., New Mexico State University


Emily earned her Master’s in English at New Mexico State University, taught for five years in Arizona, and moved her family to Colorado in 2011 to accept her dream job at Pikes Peak. She’s had various leadership roles over the course of her career, including President of the Adjunct Faculty Association at Paradise Valley Community College and President of the Colorado Association of Developmental Education, but Emily finds her greatest vocational accomplishments in working with student writers.
