Maren is a part-time instructor of Communication at Pikes Peak State College (PPSC) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Originally from Kansas City, Kansas, she’s excited to have put down roots in Colorado. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Business from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Attending college during COVID-19 left her feeling like she missed out on parts of her education, which inspired her to move to Arizona and pursue a Master’s of Mass Communication with an emphasis in Digital Audiences and Public Relations at Arizona State University. Outside of work and the classroom, Maren loves hiking, skiing, reading, and baking.
