Linda holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota,
Minneapolis, and a Bachelor's in both French and German from the same University.
Growing up, Linda’s family lived in Wisconsin, Kansas, N.Y., and Minnesota. Her passion
for other cultures and peoples led her to spend a year in Switzerland as an Exchange
student, another year in France during her Graduate studies, and one more as a Human
Resource manager in France.
Linda came to Colorado after graduating with her master’s and joined one of the first
Electronics and Technology companies to build a Colorado Springs outpost from California.
She held various professional Human Resource positions there and with several smaller
Engineering and Government Contracting organizations. Lastly, she served as HR Director
for a social service organization that supports individuals with developmental and
intellectual disabilities.
Linda represented PPSC to the State Instructors Advisory Council for two years and currently participates in the Student Support Services Subcommittee for Colorado @ Online, the Center for Excellence in Learning (CETL), the Employee Engagement and Campus Culture Focus Group, the Faculty Senate, and the Leadership Council.
Linda has taught part-time in the Business Department at PPSC since 2006, with classes at the Centennial, Rampart, and Downtown campuses, and Virtual Remote. As an instructor, she has taught Introduction to Business, Legal Environments, Business Communications, and a few Business Marketing classes.
