I am Kellyanne Achramowicz. I am a clinician, educator, and learner. I am genuinely excited to embark on this educational journey with all of you. I have a deep passion for building community and fostering collaboration & I encourage each of you to bring your unique perspectives into our learning environment.
I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed addiction counselor in the state of Colorado. I have experience working as a clinician, team lead, clinical supervisor, and program director across a wide range of counseling settings, from outpatient to inpatient and emergency medical settings, for co-occurring mental health, substance use, and trauma work. I have worked with several individuals with diverse backgrounds and journeys into the field of psychology and behavioral health, which has inspired me to support students who desire to work in this field. I have worked in the mental health field for over a decade across various roles, culminating in my current position as an instructor. I have been teaching at Pikes Peak State College since January 2025.
