To succeed in our Cybersecurity programs, you'll need a computer that can handle our coursework. We recommend the following minimum specifications:

Minimum: Intel Core i7 (6 cores, 3.0GHz or higher) or AMD Ryzen 7 (6+ cores, 3.0GHz
or higher)
Recommended: 8 cores, virtualization support

Graphics (GPU):
Minimum: Integrated GPU
Recommended: Dedicated GPU (But chip-based laptop GPUs also work like a 1050ti)

The Cybersecurity degree provides students foundation knowledge of cyber security threats, as well as procedures to mitigate computer and network security risks.
The Cybersecurity certificate prepares students for an entry level position in the fields of cyber security and computer networking. This certificate provides a foundation for students to achieve industry certifications, such as CompTIA’s Security+ and EC-Council’s Certified Ethical Hacker.
The BAS in Cybersecurity degree is a comprehensive program that equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to protect computer systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.
Our Computer Networking Technology program gives you essential skills to maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and networks. These networks power major platforms like Amazon, Facebook, and Uber, so the skills you learn at PPSC will be in high demand when you graduate.
