Rebekah Atwood
Ed.D of Educational Leadership, Concordia University; Master of English and Creative
Writing, Southern New Hampshire University
I have been teaching a wide variety of English, Humanities, and Communication classes
since I obtained my Master's in English and Creative Writing in 2014. During my academic
career, I have studied both literature and fiction writing, as well as educational
leadership in my Ed.D. Previously before coming to PPSC, I have served as department
chair for Education and Communication and served as Associate Dean at Klamath Community
College in Southern Oregon. In my spare time, I am a prolific fiction author with
over 40 romantic suspense best sellers available on Amazon. I live in Colorado Springs
with my husband, a fellow PPSC faculty member, with our two cats, Rumble and Ace,
and my rat terrier, Sadie. I look forward to working with PPSC students for many years
to come!
