Background & Professional Experience Dr. Jarrett “Ryan” Moses holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University, a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Public Administration from Northcentral University, a Master of Science in Logistics Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Arts in Education & Innovation from Webster University. He brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in higher education, public administration, and global logistics operations. At Pikes Peak State College, Dr. Moses teaches management and leadership courses designed to prepare students for today’s competitive and rapidly evolving workforce. His instruction emphasizes practical application, ethical leadership, strategic thinking, and real-world problem solving. Students engage in case studies, applied projects, and collaborative learning experiences that connect classroom theory to career readiness. Prior to joining PPSC, Dr. Moses served as a Senior Lecturer of Logistics Institutional Capacity Building with the Institute for Security Governance and as an Assistant Professor of National Security & Resourcing Strategy at the Eisenhower School, National Defense University, where he taught graduate-level courses in strategic leadership, acquisition, as well as policy entrepreneurship & development. He also served more than two decades as a senior U.S. Army & Joint Qualified leader, directing large organizations, managing multi million-dollar budgets, and improving operational performance in complex environments. Dr. Moses is committed to fostering an engaging, student-centered environment that builds confidence, critical thinking, collaboration, and professional competence. His goal is to help students translate business principles into meaningful careers in management, public service, and organizational leadership.
