Have a basic knowledge of VA Education Benefits
Possess a high level of initiative
Assist students promptly in a professional and courteous manner
Guide students on how to apply for their VA Education Benefits and admission to PPSC
Support School Certifying Officials with creating and maintaining student records
Prepare enrollment for certification
Provide students information on their benefits in person, by phone, and by email
Be a resource for our students to help them succeed
